Andrew got a hold of a pen and drew all over his face!

   This week has been pretty good. Andrew will be 9 months old in a few more days. It's fun to watch how much he learns every day. He just started to say mamama and babababa; it's so cute! He also loves to grab the sides on the bathtub and pull himself up to standing. It is hard to give him a bath now because he just wants to keep pulling himself up. He lets go after he does it though and falls so I have to be fast to catch him. He can also now go from sitting to crawling and crawling to sitting position. So I can't just set him down and expect him to stay there anymore. He is all over the house, haha, its fun. 

  This week I am playing in the semi-finals of my tennis tournament for doubles and singles. Brandon has one more hard week ahead of him and then summer break! I am just as excited for summer as Brandon. The past couple weeks I haven't been able to see him much so it will be nice to have him back for a while.

Andrew is so funny. He has realized his voice echos in the mail room so every time we go to get the mail he sings loudly, haha.

Mish was able to come for a few days this past week. We had lots of fun! Brandon and I went to a Mana concert. They were super good! We also got to go see the Avengers which was really good as well. I have been winning all my tennis matches so I am in the semi finals for singles now. It has been great to get to play a lot. Andrew has started to talk a lot. He makes the cutest sounds! I will have to get it on video. He makes the blowing sound with his lips really good now. Brandon has 2 more weeks of school left so it will be a pretty stressful couple of weeks for him but then we get summer break!

I found Andrew sleeping on his tummy with his bum in the air today, haha, so cute!

 

Today Andrew and I got into a car accident. We were driving on the freeway when I saw a couple cars in front of me slam on their brakes and so I did. And the car behind us rear-ended us pretty bad. We were really blessed though and did not get hurt. I just have a bad headache and am a little sore but it could have been much worse. Mish came in today to visit for a few days which is a great blessing too :)

This weekend we were able to go to the Crandon Beach in Key Biscayne. It was super nice. We went from 9 to 5 all day. They have grills you can use so we bbq'd for lunch. Andrew loved the water. It was so shallow and warm. He crawled around for a long time in there. We went swimming as well. He is getting pretty good. He has just started to learn how to hold his breath when his face goes under. He is pretty tough; he doesn't mind when he gets dunked. He just comes out sputtering and a little surprised. He also liked to play with the sand. He thought it was so fun to splash and eat sand. It was a really fun day :)

Today Andrew and I went to the Science Museum. It was pretty small but it was fun for a few hours. Andrew liked seeing the giant snakes they had there. They also had a big dome theater where they showed a planetarium show that was pretty fun. I start my tennis tournament this week. It has been raining all week so hopefully the weather gets better !
