Yesterday for memorial day we went to a new park close by called John Prince park. It has 3 huge playgrounds and a splashpad. It was awesome! Andrew and Evie loved it. There were a ton of kids there but they liked seeing all the craziness.
Evie's hair is getting so wild! So curly in the back and pouffy on the front, haha.
She just loves sunglasses. I love her little smile; she knows she is cool.
At the gym I take the kids to the playground and let them play basketball and things before I go in. They are much happier to go to the gym playroom after that while I work out.

Sugarsand Park
Andrew rolled the balls down the funnel for about 30 minutes straight. Flapping the whole time, he just loves it.
It has been pretty hot lately, but we have had fun going out to the parks in the morning or evening and finding indoor stuff to do during the day. Andrew and Evie are finally better from being sick so today was a nice day. Brandon is on the pediatric rotation in the ER this week.
The kids love the toy place we go. It is pretty great. They have a lot of toys and you can check out any of them to take home :)

Andrew's favorite toy was the animals. He likes to group them with mamma and baby together.
I am in a new mom's group and we all got to go and tour the boynton fire station. Andrew loved it! All the kids were scared of the firemen when they dressed up. But other than that he liked getting to go in the truck and ring the old fire truck bell.

Animal mask dress up is fun too! Evie dresses up a lot everyday! She is going to be my little princess girl for sure.
This week Evie has been saying a few words. Today we went to the park with the mom group and Evie just likes to find people with snacks. So she goes up and begs snacks and then says "thank you" haha. She is funny. We are going to have to bring more snacks to give all the other kids who she takes food from. She also loves to play phone and picks up animals or any objects and says "hello". Andrew's talking is so much better; he can finally say sentences and say most of what he needs to tell us.
We went to get ice cream after the zoo. The ice cream was already melting all over while the lady was handing it to us. It took less than 1 second to melt the whole top! Brandon had to eat all the tops off the ice cream so the kids could eat the part in the cone. Andrew was beside himself with the sticky ice cream melting on his hands; he was going crazy. Evie was very happy to have her own cone. She ate the whole thing.
We went to home depot to get a fan for our room. They do kid crafts on Saturday so Andrew got to build me a flower pot holder. He loved hammering and painting
Andrew likes to take Evie by the hand and drag her around. She just wants to do her own thing and run away but he keeps grabbing her hand and saying "come on baby" so she goes with him. She likes the attention from him; usually he is just trying to body slam her but now he really likes having her around to play with.
Andrew wanted to do everything with the babies one day. He tucked them into bed a lot of times and wanted me to close the blinds so it was dark for the babies. He would say night night babies and then wake up babies. Then we had to give baby a bath and after bath the babies watched a show with him. It was really cute to see him so nurturing to those little babies.
Evie loves to dress up. She gets the funniest grin on when she has a hat or glasses. She knows how to go to the back room and close the door so she can see herself in the mirror. I've got to get more dress up clothes for her. It is her favorite thing right now.
One day at the science museum the golf ball holder was open on the bottom so Andrew could put them in the hole and then open the latch and get them again. I will have to see if I can make something like that! He had a blast.
