Grandma Visit August

 

We went to Lake Tobias Zoo. Layla was not so sure about the animals at first haha. It was super fun! The animals were up close and we got to go on a safari where the kids got to feed animals from the bus. They loved it!

Grandma took Andrew and Evie home with her so Layla had the house to herself for a week. She took full advantage of only child status.

 Brandon gets to come to church with us every week now! It has been so nice for him to have weekends off.

This month Brandon started the research part of residency. His hours have changed a lot! He now goes in around 9 and comes home around 5. It has been so awesome! The kids have loved having him around more and it is a big relief to me to have more help with the kids. I've been working about 10 hours a week as a personal trainer at Gold's Gym so that has been a fun new adventure for me :) I also got to start crossfit again so I'm hoping to get in super shape soon!
