Sunday

Well today was crazy in primary. We took Andrew to church for the first time. Brandon had him for the first half of primary and then I got him for the second half when Brandon had to teach. He was pretty good for me but Brandon had to walk with him outside for a while because he was cranky. Sharing time went pretty good for me. The junior primary loved acting out the story of Daniel and the Lions den. I made some lion masks and some crowns for the king and jealous princes. The kids learned the story really well and were really great actors; it was fun :) For senior primary I told the story of the Brother of Jared and taped up 16 laminated rocks on the board that each had a question to go with it. Then split the primary into two teams and had them answer the questions. They really liked the competition, but some of the kids got a little too into it and got crazy. The winners got to watch the other team do the hoky poky, haha, it was cute. And after church the counselors in the bishopric found me and asked me to give a talk next Sunday. I had to cry a little in the car, but I'm ok now. Andrew has been eating every hour right now at night and during the day so church is really hard becuase it is so long. Next week I will be doing singing time. Hopefully I will have time to write my talk and make some sort of singing time prop the kids will like; that helps a lot with singing time. Church is just a little stressful for me right now.
    Andrew's fun new thing is sticking his thumb in his mouth. It is so cute! He is learning how to open up his hand better and get that thumb in there, haha. That would be awesome if he could learn to like his thumb and just quiet himself down like that!
