Update on being a mom of two

      Andrew has started being so sweet and growing up so much. He has started to like playing with Evie. He loves to show her his toys. And they like having a bath together now. Andrew thinks it is really funny to pour water on Evie's belly. He loves helping give her a bath. He has also started saying Mamma when he wants something. Today he said it about 500 times asking me for things, haha. He grabs my hand and says mama mama mama until I come and give him what he wants. He is getting smart. Evie is talking more too. I don't get to give her much one on one attention but when I have a few moments she lights up and just talks and talks and gives me the biggest smiles. I wish I could split the attention equally between them but Andrew takes up more energy and attention at the moment than Evie. At least she is pretty good just hanging out watching the craziness. I took them both swimming the other day in the pool here and they loved it. I put Andrews life vest on and had him in one arm and Evie in the other. Andrew is getting good at kicking his legs in the pool and Evie loved putting her feet in. They both like the park too. Andrew can pretty much do everything himself at the playground now so that makes it a lot easier on me. Evie liked swinging and looking at everything outside. I thought going out with 2 kids would be super hard but it is better than staying in with them. Evie is getting better about liking being out; she used to hate it! Andrew's new favorite toy is a train. He started watching Thomas the train movies and it is all he will watch right now. So I got him a little car sized train and he drove that train all over the house. He played with it for about 4 hours today. It was so cute to watch him drive it on every surface he could find, even on me, haha.
       I feel so blessed to have such sweet kids and have been given more energy and strength than I thought I had. I was dreading coming home from Utah and watching the 2 kids by myself but it has been really good. Andrew grew up a little more and things have just clicked better between us. The Lord has really blessed us. I am still exhausted by the end of the day but I am happy :)
      Night time is a little sporadic still. Evie will do a good 6 hour stretch from about 10 to 4 and then wakes up at 6. Andrew still wakes up a lot at night on some days and does really good on others. I wish he could just be consistent in sleeping through the night. He is definitely old enough to do it. Hopefully Evie is a little better about that; she already does pretty good so I just have to not ruin that cycle.
