We went to Hershey to get yummy cookie smores! Layla loved the chocolate cookies.
Layla unwrapped a sucker from the bank and was very excited about having one. She has been eating some pretty healthy things lately, haha. She is a great eater and loves all food except baby food and baby snacks. Chicken is her current favorite followed by whatever mommy is eating.
Andrew and Evie got singing cards from Nana for Christmas and they loved them! Evie took her everywhere and slept with it in her bed for days.
Layla thought pulling off Christmas ornaments was a fun game. Always something in her mouth!
Layla is 9 months old. She is the busiest baby yet. Her favorite activity is to open cupboards and pull everything out. She will not play with toys anymore; just wants to wreak havoc haha.
We had such a fun Christmas morning. Brandon had to work on Christmas so we waited to do Christmas a few days later when he had a day off. Brandon's family was able to come too so it was super fun! The kids got so spoiled with their new toys. Andrew just couldn't believe it was Christmas when there was no snow and no Santa sitting by the tree. I kept telling him it had to get colder for Christmas but it was 70 degrees so he couldn't wrap his mind around that haha.
Evie got clip on earings that she thought were so awesome. She would not take them off! I love this picture. Layla so happy she got a piece of Evie's hair and evie being a little model in her jewelry haha.
Costco had a giant pink castle on display and it was impossible to get Evie out of it for 30 minutes. I was going crazy! Eventually had to drag her out screaming. She just loves anything pink and princess right now.
Layla loves to chase around the remote control cars. She gets going as fast as she can crawl to catch it; it's pretty funny!
We got to take Andrew ice skating for the first time. He did so good! He was able to skate across short distances on the ice without holding on to anyone by the end. He loved it!
The kids really love their new easel. Evie draws every day on the white board and Andrew draws on the other side. They love drawing rollercoasters.
Layla is getting the hang of her new ride on toy! She can balance on it pretty well now. Evie and Andrew fight over who gets to pull her so she thinks it's awesome when they take her around.
Roger built a mantel and did airstones on our fireplace! It looks so amazing. Definitely makes a huge difference in that room! Just need to figure out what to do with the pictures and things now :)
We took the kids over to Dick's sports for Brandon to look at shoes and they had a bunch of baskets of balls there. Evie and Andrew played there for an hour with the balls. Evie kept saying "I just love it!". So I rounded up all the balls we had and put them in a basket for her. They played for a long time with the balls.
Andrew got even better by the end. We will have to take him again! Maybe he will like hockey someday!
