Trying out a new hairstyle! Not quite long enough but she was cute anyways :)
Layla loves hanging out in the highchair. She throws everything to the ground in about 5 seconds but she thinks it's the greatest game ever!
Evie has reached a peak of terrible 2's. This is her every time I tell her to get in her carseat. She lays on the ground forever until I go drag her up into her seat. And then when we get home she sits there like that and won't get out. She screams and screams. I took a video of her throwing a screaming fit and showed it to her to get her stop. She looked at it and was so surprised to see herself screaming, haha, she stopped after that so maybe showing her what she is doing would help! Pretty much anything I tell her to do she does the opposite. Strong minded little thing! Don't know how I'm doing to dig up enough patience to keep calm through all her defiance!
We play outside in the front yard every night. Andrew and Evie ride bikes down the driveway and into the grass while Layla and I sit under the nice shade tree.
I was painting a bookcase and the kids wanted to paint too. They made awesome works of art! They loved painting. I will have to hang up their cute pictures.
It used to be ugly and black and now it looks like a cute playroom bookcase! I didn't know it would be so hard to paint cheap laminate wood. I spray painted it and then it all peeled off in a huge ball of paint so then I painted it with house paint that the last owner left here and that worked great.
Brandon had to work Friday all night then half day Saturday and Sunday. Was a tough week! I took the kids over to Hershey park for some fun time on his all day/night shift so they would have something else to think about.
We had a huge praying mantis on our trampoline. They kids thought it was awesome to watch!
Layla spends all her time on her tummy! She wore herself out and fell asleep on the floor haha, so cute!
